All shipping methods are Standard First Class Shipping. Rates are for the Contiguous 48 States, with a separate rate for Alaska and Hawaii.

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days, but can sometimes be delayed due to high order volume, and some items that are made upon order. We will notify you if items in your order will require extra time.
Your order should arrive 3-5 days AFTER it is shipped. An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Fairytale Farm Co. is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that you provide, so please make sure ALL information is correct before checking out.
Returns & Exchanges:
Since most items are made upon order, we cannot offer refunds at this time, but you are always welcome to exchange items within 14 days of purchase.
Please notify us via e-mail or phone if you need to exchange because we want to make sure we can accommodate your request…we need to make sure we have what you want.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR EXCHANGES. AFTER 14 DAYS, NO EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE…NO EXCEPTIONS.Please include a copy or original invoice, and a note with your exchange request. All items must be returned in original, unused/unwashed/unworn condition, otherwise a replacement will not be sent. ALL sales are final on marked down or discontinued items!
If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, please email info@FairytaleFarm.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your name and your order number. If items arrive broken or damaged, please provide photos, and upon approval, replacements or store credit will be sent. Occasionally, a claim may need to be filed with the USPS.
If items that are nonreturnable/nonexchangeable are returned without email notification, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to get those items back.
If items are out of stock and/or on back order, a refund may be issued at owners discretion, otherwise a store credit will always be issued!
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges, unless a shipping mistake has been made by us. Fairytale Farm Co. will pay for shipping exchanges back to our customers!
Fairytale Farm Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
